In California the seasons are not as apparent as say a Boston, New York or Ohio. However, during December the temperature does tend to drop on the west coast and requires one to layer their outfits in order to stay warm. One of my favorite types of outfits is pairing a comfy little dress with tall flat boots. Not only is this look super easy to put together, but you can also throw on an oversized jacket and a colorful scarf, throw your hair up in a ponytail, and be out the door before you know it!
For a casual and warm outfit for day, I chose a long sleeve, flowy dress in dark plum and paired it with my comfy over-the-knee leather riding boots. I finished off the dress and boots look with an oversized wool jacket, multi-pink scarf and pink shell necklaces to match my pink lips.
