Low Calorie, No-Guilt Dessert in 5 Minutes: Pumpkin Pie Parfait

The holidays are here! You are counting down the hours until you will be reunited with family and friends.  We are showing how to make a simple 5 minute recipe with only 5 ingredients and reduced calories: pumpkin pie parfait.  This is the perfect dessert to bring as a guest or whip up if you have a few extra guests arriving at the last minute!  You can’t go wrong and you’ll be sure to please your Thanksgiving guests. This easy recipe will keep your guests wondering just how long you took to prepare an amazing autumn dessert & will have them giving thanks…to you!

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup greek yogurt

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 package of instant butterscotch pudding

Gingerbread

Materials:

1 Bowl

1 spatula

2 piping bags

Rock glass

Cylinder cookie cutter or knife

How To Make Pumpkin Pie Parfait:

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for about an hour before serving.

Step 2: Fill one piping bag with the pumpkin pie puree and the other with whipped cream. This will make for a clean presentation! Piping bags can be purchased at your local bakery or supermarket. You can also find disposable piping bags here.

Step 3: Before piping in each layer, first cut a circular piece of gingerbread to place at the bottom of your rock glass. The gingerbread can act as your “crust.”
