Wells of Life provides sustainable clean water to African communities by building wells. They are hosting their 2nd annual sustainable clean water gala this Saturday, October 12th, 2013 at the Mission Viejo Country Club. The nonprofit is a growing organization providing many Africans with clean water, and is eager to create more sustainable water sources. Thus far, they have raised over a million dollars and built over 90 wells in Uganda.
Many women and children in Africa walk 3-5 miles per day to find water! Orange County based, Wells of Life is seeking to improve the statistics on clean drinking water and to bring hope and opportunity to African communities through sustainable clean water sources. Nick Jordan, founder and president of the nonprofit, is looking to soon fund the 100th well in Uganda, in order to continue saving and improving the lives of families. Nubry will be showcasing the best outfits from the evening after the event, so make sure to wear your best cocktail attire!
