How To Make A Skinny Margarita Without Sugar

We took a healthy cocktail lesson with the Puesto Tacoteur and founder, Eric Adler, who gave us tips on how to make the perfect Skinny Margarita by using only just a few ingredients. We all enjoy a great margarita, but with all the sugar and additives typically used in a classic margarita, these Mexican cocktails can wreak havoc on our waistlines.  In light of the upcoming Cinco de Mayo holiday, we bring you lots of tequila wishes! Read on to see Puesto’s Skinny Margarita Recipe made with Suja Juice and Roca Patron Tequila.

Skinny Margarita Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Roca Patron Tequila
  • 2.25 oz Suja Lemon Love
  • Cayenne Salt
  • Lemon Slice

Directions

Pour Tequila and Lemon Love into a shaker. Top with ice and shake! Pour into a cayenne salt rimmed glass and garnish with lemon slice. Serve and enjoy immediately!
