San Diego Veg Festival celebrates a healthy, sustainable, plant-based, animal-friendly lifestyle. This festival educates on the health and vitality of an ecofriendly and vegetarian lifestyle. From foodies to vegetarians to the eco-conscious the festival is for everyone! There will be education on Greensteading, the practice of a natural, self-sufficient lifestyle which actively reduces one’s carbon footprint. Greensteading includes gardening, arts and crafts, bath and body products, textiles, jewelry, furniture, and household cleaners.
The San Diego Veg festival features renowned authors are speakers, live food demonstrations, food samples, documentary screenings, organic and vegan cocktail lounge, food history mural, holistic fitness stage, and an official post-festival brunch. The events are at the Art Produce Garden and Casa De Luz. Both are within walking distance. Nubry will be hosting an ecofriendly fashion presentation and art gallery at Casa De Luz at 2:45-3:30pm in the organic and vegan cocktail lounge as part of the San Diego Vegetarian Festival.
